What to expect
from the KO8 Week Body?
You will be taken through an 8-week transformation journey, but with a more personal touch. We will not only guide you towards your goal but will actually be taking you through every rep and set for the full duration of the 8-week program.
TRY WORKOUT #1
We have designed 4 workouts per week which will build up to 5 per week as we get further in and we become stronger, fitter and ready to increase the workload. For each session you will have one of the KO8 team to demonstrate and coach each exercise and to motivate you and push you through to complete each workout in a safe and effective way.
Now we all know that it's almost impossible to out-train a bad diet. This is why we have carefully created a nutritional guide to help you get maximum results. Just like the workouts, we have aimed to make things as easy as possible for you. That means simple ingredients that you can find anywhere, and easy to follow instructions which means you don't have to be experienced in the kitchen to produce these healthy and delicious meals. If you eat right and exercise consistently that alone is a recipe for success.These things together will not only give you a stronger and more toned looking body but will internally make you feel healthier and more energised.
